Robert Dold, Congressional Candidate for the 10th District, is calling on Congress to launch an investigation into what happened to the missing $6.4 billion in stimulus funds that was spent on job creation in 440 non-existent Congressional districts listed on recovery.org.
Having served as investigative counsel for the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, Dold believes the government should be held accountable for their actions. “This is another perfect example of why Americans must demand accountability and transparency from Washington politicians who are playing with our tax dollars,” Dold said. “I, along with the support of the American taxpayers, demand an instant explanation as to how this happened.” He continued, “If we can’t trust the Administration to accurately track stimulus dollars, how can they be trusted with our healthcare system?”
A fiscal conservative, Dold will hold the government responsible for their reckless actions, fight for the taxpayers of the 10th District, and bring jobs back to our community.
